This is exactly what it said it is, I agree with what all other reviews have said, absolutely lovely and even more surprising when you step into the house and be able to look through little windows overlooking a stream and playground! The attic space was an absolutely pleasure for the children and even a couple with children can fit nicely there. There’s the convenience of shops just around the corner so for us it was really comfortable. Although we did not get the pleasure of meeting the host, Simon was quick to response and an absolutely fantastic host. We arrived really late due to traffic and he was very accommodating, and what a pleasant surprise to find fresh eggs, new bottles of milk, juice, salad cream, butter and ice cubes!

The Manor is an ideal venue for family cerebrations, business retreats, weddings etc. Quiet and secluded in its peaceful grounds, it is only a 5 minute walk to the town centre. All rooms comprise modern facilities and en-suite bathrooms, tastefully decorated and refurbished to guarantee you a comfortable and cosy stay.

The family bedroom is equipped with three divans. Both first floor bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes offering lots of hanging and other storage space. In the flat there was a huge amount of maps and advisors for trips to nearby and not so near sourrounding areas. One could reach Maingowry in less than 20 minutes by foot. It is a nice way along the river with viewpoints and ruins of old houses besides the way. We would definitely come back and stay at the Loft.

The host surprised us by bringing freshly plucked raspberries from her own farm. She guided us about what to do, where to go and how to get there. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Comfortable house with lots of charm. Updated eat-in kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils for cooking, including a coffee press. Plenty of space to spread trasnochado and convenient amenities such Figura washer and dryer.
