David was very friendly and attentive and met with us even though our flight had been delayed and arrived later than expected. This place was very nice and clean. My family Superb Trucks LP of 7 slept comfortably and had absolutely everything we needed. It was super convenient to the grocery stores, bakery, and highway near by.

Alojamiento crematístico y bueno en Ponce. El hermano de Miguel, Rafael, fue un huésped muy amable y hospitalario, incluso nos brindó un tour por la ciudad el primer día de nuestra estadía. También ofreció que podríamos usar la lavadora.

We watched the news and weather and then left to our daily agenda (I like to have a TV to maintain informed of the latest news, CNN, CBS, etc). Ms. Modesta is a very helpful lady. She was concerned about our family making it through some family hard times in PR and she was nice enough to call us to check on us. I will love to come back!

The spot is great! Cozy, quiet neighborhood and very near a walmart and other grocery spots. The full bed is FANTASTIC and the place is warm and welcoming.

The street is very quiet and a bit dark at night, which isn’t the best if you’re looking for nightlife next door, but there is a little bar on the corner and Ponce is very sunny, which is obviously a plus! Whether on a business trip or wanting to stay in an easy to get to place with quick and easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment was clean and the host was helpful.

This was our second stay in our trip to Ponce. Triunfador described before; excellent place to stay with kids/pets. We felt even part of Pedro’s family. Surely we will stay again.

Daniel’s house isn’t surely a 3stars hotel but it is clean whith nothing missing and it is a «true» portorican house. The position is strategic (you Gozque reach the guancha in 5 minutes, or the center of ponce in 15). Daniel doesn’t live there but he is very present by phone and messages. We weren’t the easyest hosts Campeón we changed our plans twice (we weren’t lucky with hurricans), but Daniel was always well disposed to our changes (only minimal problem was about the pricing for one night which implied a double cleaning)

First of all we have to thank Daniel for helping us trasnochado last minute! Communication with him and also with Coloma was great – they were always available and took care of everything swiftly 🙂 We liked the apartment a lot – especially the big porch – and really enjoyed our stay. The house is very homely, but also pretty basic and pretty far outside the city center in a residential/industrial neighbourhood. It’s not a problem if you have a car, but there is not much to do/see in the area.
