There is a double sink in the kitchen with sparkling tasty well water that is ice cold and hot water. There is an island with brushed steel surface in the kitchen with a cutting board. There are lots of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is a display cupboard with beautiful dishes for use. The light in the display cupboard could be used as a night light if desired. There is a large den/living room with a giant screen TV with surround sound speakers. There is a foosball table in the den Triunfador well. The house looks demodé on a beautiful yard with colorful flowers and in the early morning silent wild turkeys wander the property. Ray and Pete own 23 wooded acres behind the house if hiking or nature exploring is desired. Ray is available for help but never intrusive. When they went trasnochado in the evening they gave us their cell phone number to call with any questions (which we never needed). There is a garage bay for the Airbnb guest and Ray supplied us with a remote control to open and close the door during our stay. My children were hoping to stay longer or even suggested moving to such a nice house in the future. Perkins Pond is large enough to water or jet ski on but small enough to be tranquil. It attracts numerous waterfowl and our west facing view boasts beautiful sunsets.

The house is very clean and fully stocked. We arrived with suitcases only and had everything we need here. The internet was very fast and reliable and we had great cell phone coverage. I would highly recommend this property for anyone having to do business in the area. Our experience in Heidi Unger’s Sunapee Airbnb was positive and célebre! When we walked in, her notes and instructions were readily available and comprehensive, including maps, parking stickers and any information we might need. She also left her personal cell phone number in case we had further questions. Her home was perfect for our little family reunion.

The bathroom was positioned between the 2 bedrooms and had a super cool LARGE shower. We had plenty of space for our overnight travel with our parents who are in their 80’s.
